Tell My Story has had many contributors so far, and gradually we’ve built a core team of passionate and talented people.
Joseph Ferreira Campos - Director/Producer:
Founder and Director Joseph has been in the process of creating this film for over 6 years. Ever since hearing about Meninadança from their British rep Charlotte Piek, he has been determined to contribute to their work in the way he knows best, film. Joseph was born in a small shanty town near Belo Horizonte and so knows well the problems faced by Brazil’s poor. Having moved to the UK he started his film journey at the BFI Film Academy Eastside, he then went on to study at Ravensbourne University in Digital Film Production. Since then he’s produced, directed and been involved in several short films as well as working in the Film Industry in the Location department on TV shows and Feature films.
Francine Kliemann - Theatre Tutor:
Francine is a Brazilian theatre maker based in London, England, with over 10 years professional experience in theatre as a director, performer and drama teacher for kids and teenagers. She holds a MA with distinction in Performance Making from Goldsmiths University of London.
She also holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil), and has trained at Jacques Lecoq, as well as having undertaken courses and training with ODIN TEATRET, Theatre du Soleil, LISPA, Complicite, David Glass, and ANU Productions, among others.
She has extensive experience in working with children and teenagers as a drama teacher, and has participated in the “Being a Tree Game”, a social project in Brazil which combines performance, technology and the environment to create a multi-sensory experience for vulnerable children aged 8 to 10.
Matthew Lane - Executive Producer:
A veteran of the British film industry, Matthew has been working as a Location Manager in London for over 20 years. Titles include The Sweeney, The Bill and My Name is Lenny. He is also the founder of Film Factory Pictures, a Brazilian production company specialising in content production for television. Matt has a passion for Brazil and its people having spent time volunteering in and around Rio.

Milo Cosemans - Cinematographer:
Milo’s work speaks for itself, his cinematic and beautiful style fits well with the documentary. He has experience working in features, music videos, corporate work, short films and TV. Milo and Joseph have worked together many times, as well as having shot all trailer material for the film he was the cinematographer of Joseph’s recent short Canário.

Ricardo Saraiva - Editor:
Brazilian but living in London, Ricardo’s work spans features, shorts and documentaries. His short films have been featured in Cannes, BFI London Film Festival, Sundance and many other prestigious festivals.

Timothy Last - Post Production Supervisor:
Timothy is an award-winning editor and post-production specialist. He has worked on a wide range of content that spans feature films to social media campaigns. With Timothy on board, we will be taking on board his post-production knowledge, workflow management experience and keen eye for detail. He is also an associate member of the Guild of British Film and TV Editors.

Carolyn Cheng - Designer:
Carolyn is a Graphic Designer with an interest in branding, typography and lettering. She enjoys working on projects that have purpose and make an impact. She was moved by the passion Joseph had towards Tell My Story and wanted to be a part of the change.
Tania Jacquier – PR and Marketing:
Tania is a journalist who has made the leap to PR and Marketing. She has a variety of experience across the communications sector, and particularly enjoys working on projects which make a difference in the world.
Vincent Ott - Composer:
Vincent is a composer specialising in music for the moving image. He was born in Germany but moved to London in 2014 to study music at City University London. Playing and learning percussion in a Samba band, he developed an interest in Brazilian music which heavily influences his style of writing and producing. He is seeking to combine elements of Latin music with techniques of western and contemporary music production to form new ways of scoring films dealing with or set in Brazil. In 2017 Vincent graduated with a Bachelor of Music degree and started a Masters in Composition for Screen at the Royal College of Music, London.
To date, he has worked on several short films, animation films, commercials and image films.
